I have been working in Verizon from past five years but from past 12 months the work culture is very bad …Indian managers and directors making the company culture very bad . No work life balance making people to work more than 10hours especially VCG B2B.. under wael complete structure is bad

GTS has horrible horrible work culture. I moved to VCG.. much better work culture. Verizon is awesome to work at unless you are at GTS.. I would find another job and move
not only the old school Bollywood Directors but also Mr. Smith's friends that he left in charge before he got ousted, they have to go as well.
Bollywood in GTS are ki-ling this company, particularly in the Miami Office, you have this old school "Directors" with over 25 years in the company, completely out of touch with technology, treating everyone as if they own the company and they live in a 3rd world country.
