ok Frank time for some straight talk from a respected sales leader.
Your plan for regionalization is a bad solution looking for a problem and your latest self inflicted destruction of our company.
Unfortunately none of your direct reports has the courage to tell you too your face.
Gibbons is now concerned that 90% of the FI clients will have a new RM --- and this is if all the RMs agreed to this nonsense which surely most will not.
LeClair is clueless and Adam is too busy running for dog catcher.
You are an ego maniac who listens to no one, you have out stayed your welcome and it is time for you to go. You are not respected but loathed, merely tolerated. Even your new boy Frank K thinks your plan is id--tic and said so publicly. Your CEO rating is the lowest ever recorded for a Fortune 500 ceo on glass door what does that tell you?
This will be a disaster mark my words because no one believes it is necessary.

Brilliant indeed….clients will be thrilled!
Let’s change account management right before our largest client event of the year. Brilliant. Or maybe we just wait until after and we all just lie to our clients faces while at Forum….
As a long time Fiserv RM. I will NOT be sticking around.
Deion Sanders was a stupid and expensive distraction, driven by a new senior management member who’s used to selling athletic shoes and endorsing athletes. She has no knowledge or understanding of the payments, merchant or banking space. That sideshow to try and portray FB in the same light as a star athlete or coach prob cost this company millions and she will no doubt cost us way more in unnecessary spending including too many high priced people brought over from her last job - before she flames out. I wonder how many client facing and implementations people could have been bought with the load of money spent on that one.
At least the customers still have a Relationship Manager. Normally Fiserv just lays everyone off and then never replaces them.
This place is hemorrhaging client facing people faster than I thought was possible but they just keep driving for it current quarter and think that bringing in people like Deion Sanders to speak will keep people engaged. I've seen some bad CEO's but FB takes the cake.
Not that this ever gets to him, but if it did he wouldn’t care anyway.
