Those that have come to know their facility managers and text and send them TEAM messages will come to an end. I’m not sure how that will impact customer service but it couldn’t happen at a worse time with HUBs and client centers ramping up to be completed by year end.

If it's like ever other outsourcing initiative leadership has undertaken, they will pay more for less. Less quality, less ownership, less care. Wish they'd learn from previous failures.

Some, but this is a cost saving initiative by Corporate Real Estate. So maybe not at what they are currently making or maybe not as many.
