Question for Managers on here- will you be notified of VSP dates before your team gets the email on Wednesday?

1 on 1 is the subject used to RIF people, 30- or 15-minute meetings, usually less than 24 hours in advance and early in the morning, done all by noon. if you see any of this characteristic, likely that it is happening. I've been coached by HR to do this and that is how I and many others do it.

Yes, leaders will know by 8/13 and are supposed to talked to accepted and rejected volunteers before 8/14. The email will come to you by noon on 8/14. Hans will also have a special announcement.

My understanding is that there is a portal managers can access tomorrow (Tuesday) to see the dates. Hopefully they will communicate those with us. Otherwise we will be notified Wednesday.
