Global Employee Survey

What would happen if there was a drastic decrease in participation to the employee survey? It can’t be worse than their non response to honest feedback. I hope everyone just ignores the survey. Its a waste of time.

I agree. All they actually care about is the participation rate. So don’t participate. It drives them crazy.

On the downside, they will hound you. But that’s kind of funny too.

Hey, if you can point to positive outcomes from it, go ahead. At best we have to take some stupid extra develop you courses. Not exactly a ringing endorsement for giving the executives what they want and filing out the survey. I maintain that the best and most effective possible feedback is to not take it. Never once have I seen the execs acknowledge the actual results. In 2022 comments were stacked with anti RTO messages. Probably 100:1 ratio vs pro RTO comments. Execs responded by pretending it didn't happen and claiming employees wanted to be 'engaged' more. These people are liars and I'm not answering a survey ever again. You do you, but they do not care what any of us think.

"Literally every year these surveys are we-ponized against employees."
What a drama queen.
It's just a friggin survey. Either answer it or don't. That simple.

My exec freaked out last time as we had a low participation %, no comment on the awful responses that were made, he only cared about that %. This time he has sent multiple emails reminding everyone to complete and also mentioned on calls how us managers will be held accountable if people don't respond. I've told my people it's voluntary and they don't need to (I won't be completing it) I can't wait to see me execs face turn that wonderful shade of red when he gets upset.

Agree with OP. Want to send a message that you don't trust the execs and think their strategy stinks? Stop attending any of their calls and never ever take a survey. Everything you say can and will be held against you. Literally every year these surveys are we-ponized against employees. We (rightly) blame the executives for their failures and they turn it right around and torment us with the results to teach us the lesson that we should never question them. STOP TAKING THE SURVEYS.

They didn’t even respond to the last global survey and give results, so why would I do it again?

Doing this again. They don’t want anyone to say what the he-l is going on here. So, thank you!☺️
