COLA (Cost of living adjustment) 2022 = 5.2%, 2023. = 8.7%, 2024 = 3.2%, 2025 =2.8%. The new CWA negotiated contract does not keep up with the cost of living. But it is better than nothing.

What about retroactive pay on the wage increase? If we don’t get it then, our first raise is only a little over 2% this year because, it will be close to 6 months by the time the contract is ratified, signed and goes into effect.

No COLA in the TA so, if Harris wins, inflation will continue and possibly worsen. We are going backwards, DTV and mobility contracts got COLA, why didn’t core?
