Karen seemed clueless and really doesn't understand things in detail. I'm even more convinced she has no business being a ceo here or anywhere. The pathetic questioner at the end propping her up and giving her kudos for running the company into the ground was comical.

Thank you to the poster below. Same here. I've stopped watching the town halls months ago. I firmly believe all of the questions are staged and it's just a show to let a narcissist take the stage and be the center of attention for a few minutes. I'm surprised she's not in politics. Anyone who's hoping that they make it through layoffs better be looking elsewhere. Sooner or later it will be you. They are outsourcing everything and if you are one of the few left at the end you are going to be working 10x as hard as you are working now for no more pay- just extra work, extra stress, fixing outsourced people's mistakes until they got the job down and take it from you. Good luck everybody and be smart- look out for yourself because this company is not going to. No loyalty on their end.
