It’s insane that Bob Swan is being elected as as a Director. He brings ZERO consumer experience to the board and is a long-standing JD crony from their failed eBay and PayPal days.

How on earth is this corporate corruption allowed to continue? He will not look after the interests of class B shareholders. He will protect his buddy the failed CEO.

The pair of them have destroyed billions of shareholder value and wrecked the household wealth of thousands of Oregon households. We are being trolled!

Based on my experience of a nearly a decade of stock options under water, woeful strategic decisions, 3 bad restructures and a sub-standard over-paid exec suite, things have not turned out fine

Well ,there could various different reasons. Ultimately I think the decisions that are best for business will be along with the doodie in my bootie and taking a big picture view I can understand the feelings of uncertainty. But there really should not be any panic fro the workforce at large because based on my experience things will turn out fine.
