Shareholder Board of Director Vote

As a shareholder I received an email to vote for new directors by early Sept. I know as much about these people as I do a washington county judge but feel like it could be important to vote in order to try to right the ship. Suggestions how to vote?

1a.
Election of Class B director: Cathleen Benko

1b.
Election of Class B director: John Rogers, Jr.

1c.
Election of Class B director: Robert Swan

To approve executive compensation by an advisory vote.

To ratify the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as independent registered public accounting firm.

To consider a shareholder proposal regarding Supplemental Pay Equity Disclosure, if properly presented at the meeting.

To consider a shareholder proposal regarding a Supply Chain Management Report, if properly presented at the meeting.

To consider a shareholder proposal regarding Worker-Driven Social Responsibility, if properly presented at the meeting.

To consider a shareholder proposal regarding Environmental Targets, if properly presented at the meeting.

To consider a shareholder proposal regarding a Divisive Partnerships Congruency Report, if properly presented at the meeting.

@izaz

I have Nike shares in both an old E-Trade account (which had some Nike stock I bought personally years ago) and with Fidelity, where my ESPP and RSU shares are held. I recieved 2 emails to vote as a shareholder, coming from E-Trade and Fidelity to my personal email account.

What determines whether or not a shareholder got the vote email?

I’m a shareholder via ESPP but was laid off in Feb. Perhaps it would have went to my (deactivated) Nike email

Bob Swan - another JD cronie who will keep him in power. Looks like they worked together at eBay. So much for an independent board!

The way I see it, the current board hired JD and refuse to fire him. I think it’s time for new board members

Bob Swan and JD should be in the Oregon hall of shame for what they have done in this state.
