The entire org (CVS and Aetna)is bloated with Sr Managers and Directors. Hope they will fix that, too.

Yikes. I am praying I can be saved. I’m on the Aetna side in the call center in workforce management. We are continuing to hire but all hiring come from Accenture . Hope they not getting rid of all the stateside folks

In our team, there's a lot of lead directors. Hopefully because we are provider facing, we'll see less of it. They laid off several of us last year and then rehired.

“ Redundancy in Corporate means VPs and C-Suite”

This might be true, but I am a manager and there are a lot of other “managers” like me in my department. So I am worried lower level folks might get the axe too.
