No, and they won’t be spending their income in the USA either or paying US sales taxes etc. US Government doesn’t care as they will get more taxes from the increase in
WF profits.

Aren’t you smart? Is P&I offshoring jobs here? Maybe there wouldn’t be the worry there will no longer be social security if these American companies would quit offshoring all the jobs. How is that good for our economy & the people living here?
