The OP can repost it again making sure it doesn't violate the policy here. This has been done with comments asking why after validation it's within policy in the past. Perseverance against the machine is required. The machine will complain about anything it does not like not caring about policy.

Posts usually get removed if they violate one of the rules. Using names from people who are no public figures is a typical reason for a post to get removed.
