you have the wrong people in leadership roles
your leaders represent Enbridge values etc
what criteria are you working with in choosing & maintaining these leaders?
it appears that unprofessional, incompetent & unethical are common criteria
yes November is coming but these leaders have all passed the "litmus test"

All the id--ts in Director roles only care about becoming a VP. All the id--ts who are VPs only care about becoming SVPs. All the id--ts who are SVPs only care about becoming EVPs.
These selfish id--ts have driven all the legitimately good people away to other companies. Enbridge is a shell of a company but anyone who actually has been inside quickly asks themselves “what the fu-k do people actually do here except meetings?” and “why do we need so many people to do this simple work?” Or my favorite “why do we have 12 directors in a single function department”.
Once the stock hits $40 I’m liquidating.
