Get out while you can. Don't allow yourself to be stuck on a sinking ship a day longer than you have to. Maybe if enough of us leave the leadership will finally realize how badly they messed up and actually attempt to fix the situation, because the way things are going now, I don't see a future for Truist.

It’s hysterical to keep reading how anyone thinks the BoD or Leadership cares about who is coming or going. Here’s the tip: THEY DO NOT. No corporate BoD or leadership does anywhere. Given where our economy is and our path to a Recession, you better learn to be happy that you have a job and stop whining. Don’t like it here? Leave. Good luck.
