Doing your job shouldn't have to include dealing with office politics, lying, gaslighting, backstabbing, and discrimination on a daily basis. I'd say this is on my manager but I've chatted with many people and realized it's a management style that the company encourages and not the doings of one single person. Then they wonder why the best people are walking away...

There is a white dude in our team who openly makes racist comments and leadership supports him because they say they need him. I cannot wait to get out of Nike and file discrimnation lawsuit... There are more than a dozen HR complaints againist him and yet nothing. F around and find out Nike
I saw a double decade person with bad behaviors get walked....so it can happen...but it took brave people, a lot of time and supportive executive leadership for it to happen. Far too much.
It’s like high school meets lord of the flies, every man/woman/they for themselves. Nike was always a clique driven company but now every clique is worried about their job so game on. Company destroys what is left from within.
