Thread regarding Truist Bank layoffs

Sometimes I think being surgeon is less stressful than this work

I’ve been here for quite a while, and this job is definitely taking a toll. I want more of my life, more time for myself, and definitely a healthier job. I can’t remember when was the last time any of the colleagues I came into contact with were remotely satisfied with their job and thinking they have something to look forward to here.

What a d-mb post. Obviously, you were never a surgeon. You do not have the required IQ.

There’s not enough shock to the system. We must outsource everything that has breath 😂 everyone I know has left and everyone I get to know is constantly interviewing trying to find the best opportunities to leave. It has been non stop problems since December 2019. Leave while you can.

@OP+1tOWo2QD - Being a clinically diagnosed sociopath helps. Train your mind and personality to treat people as task oriented objects. Devoid yourself of all kindness and emotion. Learn to throw in a little abuse (legally of course) every now and then. Being in the military helped with this.
