Just saw the announcement that the DDAT Referral Bonus Program will be re-starting August 1st. Cash awards of either $3500 or $5000 depending on job grade. So if you really love CVS you can come back, and perhaps even split the extra cash with a buddy.

Who really really loves CVS to come back to this? Split the cash with a buddy? After one or both of us gets laid off down the road I don't think my "buddy" would be my "buddy" anymore. Splitting whatever bonus you get, which will be taxed at least 50% ain't worth it! That'll barely pay for the meds we would need for the mental stress
Never will work for CVS again. Been for 9 years and worst culture(PBM IT) I had to endure during.

Quite easy to say they are restarting the referral program when they won’t have to pay it out because hiring is frozen or if not completely frozen it’s at at 33°F
