we still have about 230K US based employees, no where close to 170K yet
Wave 2 notification for C,S & BB will be August 20.
This company has been laying off large numbers of employees for over a decade now. Go back and look at the old annual reports. In 2011 98% of employees were domestic. 259k out of 264k. Right now we have less than 170k domestic employees. Within a year it'll be under 150k.
You think we're on 'wave 2'? More like have 102.
Hopefully they'll shut down the Salem, OR call center. I can't wait until they close it down. I've been wanting it closed down for years now. This whole thing is a dream come true.
It's just taking forever.
It’s different for each business group. Wave 2 is already underway for some groups started in July.
