What have the last five years taught you about accountability at Nike? What does it mean to be accountable?

That some people still get $29M in comp in a year irrespective of horrible results, getting no trust from investors, seeing competitors eat your lunch and dessert, and leading the worst org change in history.
I like to call people out but only if I am anonymous. I get real mad mad.

That accountability is a deterrent to future employment at Nike. Those that hold others or themselves accountable are shunned and laid off. Those that avoid self accountability & tough conversations are seen as team players and promoted.
Before I join Nike, accountability means: Taking responsibility for the action seriously.
After I join Nike: Hahaha what's that?
