New Jersey EISP:
Packages distribution starting July 29. Volunteer period begins August 12th and ends Sept 10th. Off payroll date September 29th.
$50,000 and $2200 per years of service up to 40 years.

25 years VSP gets you 60 weeks pay plus bonus and medical, more than double the eisp $105k what is the union doing for you? Make a fuss ! Hey there may be some mgmt job openings?

I don’t know what some of you guys are smoking, but that is a pretty standard offer . Maybe I have seen 60k instead of 50k . And what does talking to a steward do? They have no control over anything.

25 years is $105k talk to steward. Unless you are making very low hourly that is not a lot.
