25 years VSP gets you 60 weeks pay plus bonus and medical, more than double the eisp $105k what is the union doing for you? Make a fuss ! Hey there may be some mgmt job openings?
I don’t know what some of you guys are smoking, but that is a pretty standard offer . Maybe I have seen 60k instead of 50k . And what does talking to a steward do? They have no control over anything.
25 years is $105k talk to steward. Unless you are making very low hourly that is not a lot.

That’s terrible. I am set to make more than 400k out of VSP, pre tax of course.

The one here is so limited it’s less than 30 people for the entire district and most of them aren’t field techs.
Does it offer any years? I'm hearing different things, maybe depends on your state?
