This is a standard Wells Fargo practice. I interviewed for many jobs where they already had the guy or gal picked for the job. They just needed to check the box that said they interviewed X number of other "qualified" candidates.
Its not a race thing though... Its a Wells Fargo mismanagement thing. They practice hiring their buddies and that's why the company is going downhill.
I am SO GLAD I quit that sh!tshow.

@azi+1tKBoC92 None, zero, zilch, nada. Just a bunch of chumps sad that they didn’t get a job. At best I see class action lawsuit and everyone with proof wins $1.75 for gas.
Companies do this all the time. Not illegal but definitly unethical.
So, what are the damages. In dollars, not mythical woke bucks
