L3/L4 RTO Finally Hits

After a year of making the L2’s fall in line with the BS RTO agenda, finally the L3/L4’s start to feel the pain. NJ, Dallas or Atlanta it is!

Should give it up and cancel RTO before T reaches the point of no return. This executive leadership team has really lost touch with reality. We are sc--wed.

Several in our area have gotten their letters to provide their yes/no and the timeline to report if the answer is yes. No word what the timeline is if the answer is no, you won't move.

Don't move to dallas. Its a complete S**T show. These people are largely known as the worst leadership in any of the major big tech companies.

My L3 hasn't said anything about relocating and he's not in one of the 9 hubs.

There are offices outside of HUBs that are forcing 1st and 2nd levels to move or be surplused, all while 3rd and 4th levels get to stay in those exact locations.

No L3 movement from Milwaukee. It must be a hub.

What about the bad ones in those hub cities? Just because they are in those hubs, does not mean they are any good.

Man, if L3’s and L4’s are laid off, no one will know how to collect PowerPoint slides from other people

I know of several L3s that were given their letters in March to move to Dallas. This is nothing new.

Some organizations manage local techs and mobile teams. Why would they move if the work is local,?

RTO is just guidelines. It is not what you know but who you know that makes a difference.

AT&T is still promoting to L3 outside HUB locations as recently as 2 months ago.

It really just depends what org your in, they all have different hub locations. For example, Finance seems to be married to Dallas only, while leggs org has Dallas, ATL, NJ and Bothel. It only makes sense to the ones that don’t have to move. I know for a fact that some are saying they are based in Dallas but flying in only when they have to. It’s not about collaboration folks, it’s about getting folks to quit that they don’t want or need anymore to keep the free cash flow in check. It’s all smoke and mirrors, and they are laughing at those of us in the trenches.

They are still hiring L3’s in non-hub locations as recently as 2 months ago.

Not true. Several L3’s in Bothell are not asked to move. Other hubs are still fine.
