@dhr there is no such thing as un-skilling. If you are under 55 it is time to be doing this.
@rcg when it comes to your career there is no Trolling.
In the early 2020's offshoring may take your job away.. in the late 2020's AI might take your job away. Prepare and position for this NOW.
Up-skill I was trying to type. Even then I had to put a dash. My phone kept changing it to the other word.
