Understand this company could care less about you or your family. You would be wise to be looking for work at more stable employee centric companies now.
And for god sakes don't try to work hard and advance yourself here. Do just the bare minimum to collect your paycheck, and when the time is right give your one finger salute to Chris and his management staff and be done with all there bullsh*t
