So how much of a raise did we get?

Pay statements dropped overnight, yeah?

Anyone else get their pay statement that only shows 2.99%?

We had no conversation. Just direct supervisor saying “here it is”. Also “you won’t even be getting that much, because of taxes”. The amount of money they take home is a joke.

Less than the 11% cut of John’s salary. I’ll tell you that much.

So whether you did nothing, or worked hard, you still get 3%. What the fu-k is the point then?

EHQ here. I got 4%. The official line:

"As was communicated by HR, the same country-based pay increase will apply to all eligible employees through this year's centrally-managed process, which for us is 4%."

I think after next week you can see your own pay statement in Workday, I could be wrong.

If your manager doesn’t tell you the % it can be challenging to figure it out on that first Aug check because that check includes PSP. I was told convos start next week.

Has anyone had any conversations from their managers about the early hike as it is pretty standard and going to be the same for all based on email from HR

"Max out your 401k- what the feds allow you to contribute for the calendar year
Put some of your paycheck aside for ESPP-even if it's small
Drop your 401K contribution % before your PSP payout and raise it afterwards.
Fire the toxic mf'ers that are so entrenched in Nike culture
Fire JD ASAP"

What are these the 12 Id--tic Statements?
The stock market is being propped up.
Many companies are not worth what they are valued at.
A lot of companies are like Nike now.
They were hollowed out for quick profit.
If you need to see another example, look at Intel your neighbor.
