Us who are still here (for now) should be first to stop having any other consideration for Nike but do bare minimum, look for the best exit option, and definitely scout for another job. It’s not our fault that this company decided to become a bland corporation in a downward spiral with all the typical corporate ailments of today, first but not least the utterly incompetent and irresponsible leadership. Why would any of us suffer consequences?

For the salvation of my mental health as long as I am here, I am desperately trying to adopt this “do bare minimum” behavior.
Nike destroyed all morale over the past year. Firing thousands of the most talented people and leaving the rest to twist in the wind. Nike has earned what it’s getting from the folks left over. Terrible and I mean terrible leadership was exposed in how they treated everyone this year. Never mind the incompetence that has ki-led the brand.
