Tired of hearing how great the company is doing while being told we need to do more with less people and not get paid for it. If you are lucky enough to get a bonus it’s usually mostly stock rolled out over 3 years. I’m not gaining from this double digit growth, that’s for d*mn sure.

Do more with less.
Now that is a funny expression.
Try going to the grocery store and filling your cart up with more food and then paying less to the cashier......
Pretty soon every message that mentions frank will be 1.3mb larger just to contain the cadre of titles he needs to pat himself on the back with. Any intro of frank will take an extra 30mins to say them all...
Narcissism at its finest.
Agree. And now he has added “Coach” to his list of titles. Give me a break.
$5m is a target save for next round of layoffs (just in one division)
Using the term “huddle” is patronizing and management should be embarrassed.
"How are you going to sustain double digit growth if the economy is slowing?"
"Well our banking division is growing at 8%."
What a terrible answer.
Yes, it’s tiring and sickening.
They are here to take. You, as an employee, are here to be exploited.
They are winners in their minds. And you are here to make them so.
Despite the incredible levels of investment by the company in full-scale gaslighting programs targeting investors and employees, their core motivations remain unchanged: exploit and extract until there’s nothing more to exploit and extract.
So, sadly, it’s just getting worse and worse.
Also sick of these stupid sports analogies ever since this new marketing person took over.
This isn't a sports team, it's a fintech. It was so cringe that I turned off the meeting and went to lunch. There's no value to these meetings or what they're now called "huddle".
