I’m desperate. I just can’t stand this joke of a workplace anymore. One would maybe put up with all the bad - bad teammates, bad management, bad atmosphere - if there was something to strive for. But there’s nothing. You just get unceremoniously booted in the end, wondering about wasted time.

Stay positive. You will be around longer than a poorly run company. Take care of your physical mental/mental health.
Writing has been on the wall for me since they announced the four day in the office. I can’t sit in traffic for 90 minutes a day to sit there with a bunch of people I do not work with, and who mostly appear miserable. 😩
I suspect the next move will be away from the intentional flexibility/enforcing full days in the office and/or moving to five days. These people are out of touch lunatics.
I was thinking about this the other day, people don’t get into jobs because they are competent. Two recent examples are the SS failure (regardless of what you think of the candidate, it was a failure of epic proportions) or the CRWD roll out which was completely botched.
Good luck! Should always be ready to jump ship once you hate a place.
