Thread regarding Chevron Corp. layoffs

Take responsibility

Someone said in another post that it's been 4 years since "Transformation to Win" and any failure is on Execute Management. They are absolutely right. The employees have dealt with multiple layoffs including some going on now, the outsourcing of some jobs with that accelerating now, a exhausting amount of constant change and churn all brought about by management. Any shortcomings are not the rank and files fault. Executive Management needs to be accountable and take a major pay cut before anyone else is laid off. MW needs to go!

This is the same comment worded a different way in every recent thread by possibly the same whiner. Again, layoffs are nothing new and not unique to CVX and are not "constant change and churn" except for in the eyes of an inexperienced naïve neewb employee.
Get over it.

No way, our management is great. They said so themselves. Plus they have British accents which means they are smart.
