Elon Musk layoff strategy affecting alot of companies......

I’m not defending Frank or Elon, but sometimes companies just legitimately have to many people. I think Fiserv actually needs their workforce and likely more given the complexity and multiple product domains. Twitter was just wayyyyy over hyped by the market and was hiring headcount to fit the mold, they had no direction or real need. Elon firing those folks made actual sense. Fiserv layoffs, in most cases, are poorly managed and shortsighted. The CSP (Account Managers) layoffs and the now struggle to rehire hire the role is a great example.
Frank has been laying people off for longer than Elon has had hair. Elon is copying Frank, not the other way around.
Now there is someone I would never work for.
