Folks, if you're being asked to participate in KT for accenture or cisco they are basically forcing you to train your replacement. Sounds like a great time to utilize some sick time when these meetings from accenture pop up. They are the enemy, they are stealing our jobs.

Accenture is the Enemy for sure. If you go the extra mile and help you still loose your position or worst answer To or Work for Accenturites. Truist has done nothing to foster employee Loyalty. I have never seen anything quite like this in my life. It's like every conspiracy theory or bad joke about corporations happened at the same time. #ThePerfectStormOnPurpose
What’s funny about the “training your replacement” is a lot of folks complaining about it are the same folk who sow fear by whining that immigrants from Mexico were taking their jobs. You had the right fear (which is rare itself) but the wrong source. Too busy listening to lying politicians.
SunTruist has treated me as if I’m d-mb so I will continue to be that. As for managers and KT that should go over well. We don’t have a manager that can do anything but BS about what we’re doing. This is a disaster in the making and I’m here for it!
Anyone on the list for getting laid off should do as minimal as possible. My guess is that the KT is going to mostly fall on the managers and teammates who were “retained”.
