Fireside chats,whole lot of words without saying anything. Has not been any direction or communication for a long time. Only communication we get is negative news about pension, 401k match,vacation accumulation changes ect. Not sure how they sleep at night. They obviously have no conscience or morals!

"Not sure how they sleep at night." - simple they're pay benefits and golden parachutes are guaranteed. If you had that security, you too would sleep like a baby.

Vacation now accrues daily at a rate of 1/365th of your annual vacation allotment. The old method was 1/4 of the annual vacation allotment accrues at the start of each quarter.
Pension change was the 100% lump sum option was eliminated. Most you can get now is 50%.

I was released on Feb 29. I was just curious - what were the changes with pension, 401k match, and vacation accumulation?
Yes...no conscious, no morals...no brains. Worst management suite I have ever witnessed. None of the have a clue as to what they should do. One thing they can do is keep the U.S. knowledge base intact. Too much is walking out the door never to return.
