I appreciate what the new CMO is doing with the “the A” in Alpharetta and the fireside chats with Frank… but does she realize Frank is the problem? He’s not relatable, loves the sound of his own voice, and is a workaholic with zero family values. He doesn’t care if you have a sick kid at home, you need to be in the office for 10 hours a day - his $16M bonus is more important than your sick child. This place is a ticking time bo-b.

I anticipate the locker room chat will introduce 5 days RTO. They will follow it up with the employee survey in the next month or so.
Any survey results will be chalked up to RTO so there will be no reason to address any comments.
It's a script that plays out every year. And any comments that you make can be traced back to you. It is not anonymous.
