Does anyone have the head count change for badged management employees compared to the beginning of 2024? Just my sense but I don't see a large decrease so far.

I have the number. It is irrelevant because there is so much turnover with front line employees, etc that one cannot get a true assessment of what impact surpluses is having. You can go to the investor site and get the employee count from the year end statement as well as the quarterly statements. I have tracked this for the last several years. One thing that I did notice, and frankly cannot understand why, is that the number reported at the end of the year will occasionally be different than the same number shown, for example, in the first quarter report, where the year end count is restated. For some reason it gets adjusted.
Current Badged AT&T employees HC sits right at 104,000.
