Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

No morale, no motivation, no good pay, no reason to stay

This place is a hellhole. I finally started to go towards the exit. Slowly but surely. I’ve been working for a while on finding a new job, and I’ve been pleasantly surprised that I got several offers. Some have definitely been better than this cr-ppy job - better benefits, better life-work balance, some from much smaller companies. Now deciding between the two I find the most attractive, and based not only on pay. Leave guys, until it’s too late!

OP: What department are you in at this stinky Fiserv?

And when your small company gets bought out and your severance stinks because the founder was in it for his/her pocket book - good luck. Small companies can be good, but there are two sides to everything.

It’s very refreshing to see people that have left re-energized and grateful for new employer that makes them feel welcomed and appreciated! And not under a prison environment and cameras/keystrokes!

A positive attitude doesn’t get you anywhere In the company either so why would people continue to try when their hard work isn’t celebrated or acknowledged. Gtfo with that positive attitude bs.

Great advise and congrats! Fiserv feels like an abusive relationship. It's great to see how other companies value and RESPECT their employees. I am so glad to no longer be at Fiserv. My new employer is amazing!

Apparently a poor attitude will get you a better job.
