Beware if your 1on1 is set on a Friday morning

Karma won’t come for anybody. DW and all the other execs will retire rich af. You won’t do anything about but whine and smoke in your raptor. Then you’ll head out to vote for a republican that will enable these same execs to offshore your jobs. I see a lot of people asking for worker protection (Tariffs are worker protections) but literally won’t lift a single finger to do anything about it. 30 years from now all the new grad engineers will be driving Ubers to make ends meet while new tech centers get built in BTC, KLTC, and Dayawan to continue offshoring whatever is left in the HC10. Welcome to the detroitification of every American industry. But hey, at least you personally got to make lots of money.
@2imp
If by “karma” you mean, “retire with more money than his grandkid’s grandkids can spend” then you are correct.
DW and HR are using the cycle as a way to reduce. Karma will come for them eventually.
Amazing how DW knew the number of people that needed significant improvement prior to the beginning of assessments. Surely this is not a disguised layoff.
My PIP award ceremony was on a Friday afternoon.
It is tough to get such a Bull$hit speech from some young id--t that does not even understand the work that she is criticizing.
Day of the week doesn’t matter. Mine was first thing on a Monday morning. Didn’t even get a lollipop to go with the NSI su---r punch.
I often dream about all the bad luck and grave misfortune that I can only hope will befall management that demoralized “their people” so badly. Fire and brimstone.
Several immediate supers are already mapping a different 7-11 farther from campus. For a few months anyhow.
We are not that lucky.
Late on a Friday even worse.
