Good idea to layoff all the IRR, lol. They’re only the last person the customer sees as part of the whole transaction. I’m sure key collections, gas charges, and damage will all be affected negatively. But that company thinks penny wise, dollar foolish.

Branch Manager laid off due to being cents short on HLES ARPD. I was 1 person taking care of 2 locations and cleaning cars and still doing sales calls. And they said my performance wasn't up to par.
Filthy company who only is interested in harassing money out of customers who have just been in an accident.

Our location lost one in these layoffs. My source said there was many along the Gulf coast to New Orleans.
