So… Today 6/28 is supposed to be DDay for Oracle Advertising. Well, did it happen? Did all those overpaid OA senior director buffoons also get the axe, or was it just the OA worker bees?

WARN? 60 days? More like 6.5 days. Everyone in the US was informed Thursday that their final day is Friday, June 28th.

My old manager and his boss are ready for the glue factory. They’ve been useless for 20 years. A child could’ve done their jobs.

While the big picture is still sh---y, employees where applicable should be covered by WARN requiring 60 days' notice ahead of termination. So that at least provides some paid runway. Question would be does ORCL count severance as part of WARN period or incremental to WARN...

Oracle is a miserable company that does not care about its employees. Best wishes everyone, you deserve better.
