I was 10 days away from my 10-year anniversary... so sad. The leadership has changed sooo much in the past few years and not for the better. I'm trying very hard to look at this as a blessing in disguise.
I am profoundly disappointed and disgusted with this company. Loyalty and performance appear to mean nothing to this company. PayPal beats its drum so loud about core values and "one team" brouhaha, but there is seemingly no regard for the welfare of it's employees or the giant knowledge gap that is left in the wake of these layoffs. It's an unmitigated disgrace and folks deserve better.
My manager and director are bullsh-tting their senior director and above hoping to save their jobs I guess. This is a sh-tshow.
Everyone I bump into tells me the same thing. Moral has never been this low. We are on a sinking ship.

I can speak on behalf most of my team that we all feel that it’s only a matter of time before we get laid off, at this point we are just a number to the company and there is a huge lack of motivation. Aaron’s all hands didn’t help anyone in NA feel secure nor hopeful to have a future with this company.

My org has an internal all-hands today, but things aren’t as bad as people make it out to be. I think it’s going to be a great end year and Alex Chriss stated that the company is stronger than ever. As for the question on who’s Archie, it’s Archie Deskus.
