Can anyone share information about this reorganization in clover? It seems like a hostile takeover by ondot

When John B. departed a while back, Clover associates had to have known that the org's days of operating with a degree of autonomy were numbered. In fact, this reality had probably already set in long before John's departure. It's a sad reality of being acquired by FD/Fiserv: things can only ever get worse.
Fiserv HR and Ethics team you may want to pay attention to conflict of interest situation here in getting bunch of Ondot founding team and passing key roles from Clover without merit.. Unbelievable…

Ironic...an acquired company ends up being in charge after the aquisition? As an original Fiserv employee I'd have no idea what that is like (said with an absolute straight face).
Bummer. This doesn't bode well for Clover, as we are substantially behind Square and Toast in terms of s/w ease of use and merchant security.

The CEO of ondot got installed as the new head of clover. He has removed most teams from their clover management and put them under on dot managers/leaders now
That doesn’t make sense based on Ondot’s current business. Are you suggesting Clover will incorporate ondot services into their current POS offerings?
