When is Donta ever in the office? All I ever see is him out at some stupid event and then uses the buzzwords “purpose, caring, etc” on 900 LinkedIn posts. With the bank as bad as it is you would think he’d be in the office working his ar-e off on trying to help fix things
Every leader at every bank most certainly does not do that. Unfortunately there is an absurd amount of egotistical terrible leaders in this industry. The higher up you go, the more obvious this is.
It's so cringe. I get secondhand embarrassment every time I open the app.
