August 20th. Exceptions have been removed in many instances with impacted management provided with notice regarding impacted subordinates.
This sticking point about 401k matching is a non-starter. WF has zero F’s to give about your paltry match.
I am guessing August. They get the most out of you without having to match your 401K or bonus. To get your pro-rated bonus you need to document everything and get an employment lawyer to modify your severance agreement.
