I went from an employee of Verizon to managing a firm who has over 1600 verizon lines, I can tell you the layoffs are super frustrating as a high value customer knowing what Verizon can do and what some of the new poorly trained reps simply don’t know how to do anymore, I constantly have to walk them through their jobs and what buttons to hit in acss and how to do simple things like device changes and adding a device to the lost/stolen list.
Our business account reps never do anything either, their only job is to sell us things…they don’t care if it works or not.
We’re on our 3rd business account rep, presumably due to layoffs. Why can’t Verizon keep things stable? Why does corporate greed have to take priority to something that simply works?
