Thread regarding Verizon Wireless layoffs

Went from employee to high value customer

I went from an employee of Verizon to managing a firm who has over 1600 verizon lines, I can tell you the layoffs are super frustrating as a high value customer knowing what Verizon can do and what some of the new poorly trained reps simply don’t know how to do anymore, I constantly have to walk them through their jobs and what buttons to hit in acss and how to do simple things like device changes and adding a device to the lost/stolen list.

Our business account reps never do anything either, their only job is to sell us things…they don’t care if it works or not.

We’re on our 3rd business account rep, presumably due to layoffs. Why can’t Verizon keep things stable? Why does corporate greed have to take priority to something that simply works?

Why do you think US tech Verizon employees are getting fired? Greed. If your job title it tech support that is what your job is. Now either they sell or they get fired. Forget about taking your breaks or lunch on time. Also, Verizon needs to be sued. There are different phone insurance options, yet they make employees only offer Verizon mobile protect. Scam, Scam and shady business. There Credo is an F ing joke.

Truth, sadly no one will know anything at Verizon in 5 years. They keep getting rid of talent and knowledge.
