Post ID: @5est+1t29Nm1L- Very sad that your leadership wasted your time on this nonsense!

I don’t think he’s being ushered out. He’s had some very serious health challenges. He almost died. It’s possible he may have some new challenges. He said he plans to focus on family and doing good. You could tell leaving was a hard decision for him.

Sometimes life deals you a hand that makes you change direction. I wish him the best.

Hmmm....pondering, is he leaving by his own choice, or is he being gently nudged/ushered out? He is only 53, so his career is definitely not over. Either way, MA has been Humana's bread and butter so if we can't be successful in this sector, we are doomed. Not sure what Rechtin's agenda is, but he walked the last company through bankruptcy. Commercial is out the door and Medicaid is still 'intent to award' but has not yet been awarded to Humana. There are still many companies appealing...doesn't look good for us.

I've read people say in previous posts that its time for him to go. Now the suspense of what will be announced for benefits and total reward changes is growing.

Should have been more specific. MP sales agents not on the call at all. Just training and data people.

It will be a tough selling year for sure. Plans won't be as rich as they are now. Added benefits will be less. From what we were told in the DMS summit last week that is.

I think MP is going to be toast! Medicare cutting what broker and sales folks can be paid is not going to be good for our hard working sales teams!
