Will Chevron layoffs be impacted, if this Chevron-related precedent is upheld?

OP clearly doesn’t understand the Chevron Doctrine. Striking it down was a huge blow against unelected bureaucrats that have been regulating the industry to death.

Blockbuster was an example of staying nimble through process leadership by elimination late fees on DVD rentals. This helped immensely with brand loyalty.

Chevron is in a good position to increase market capitalization if this is overturned. They will do this by becoming nimble through process leadership

Does not really have anything to do directly with Chevron. It was a ruling decided by a government agency about matters not directly spelled out in law. If this ruling is overturned then many determination's made by government agencies (e.g., EPA) would become moot unless they were reinforced by more explicit laws. Given continuing disfunction and gridlock in congress it might because a huge mess in the short term as the courts fill up with new challenges to old agency rulings (long term it probably would lead to a lot more campaign donations as companies fight for revised rules that favor their interests).

Only if you are in a regulatory compliance position. Bye bye compliance.
