For the most part of my 25 years I’ve faced RA of some sort.
I asked what the terms were, if nobody can actually answer them then it means nobody has actually been in a pool or made redundant! Which considering this is a layoff discussion website is a bit odd.
That doesn’t mean I’m a company shill. Fu-k kendryl and their leaders if they are targeting people for RA to line their pockets.

There's always RA's. If you work at Kyndryl and more than likely your a hold over from IBM. This is just how these companies work. Your needed til your not.
Maybe if you actually pay attention you would realize there is a ton of ra's happening. So no there is no scaremongering going on. What you are reading, is real people fearing for their livelihoods'. This is a community of kyndryl worker's trying to look out for each other in a company that prize's secrecy. If this community bothers you so much do not keep showing up and reading the posts.
