Had high hopes we would see change but status quo around here. Inept leaders being able to continue to lead as people walk out the door to competitors every week. Promotion talk whirling around for people who are obviously over their skis as a way to keep employees to stay. It is a sad state of affairs.

All of DD MDs are still here. When will it end?
It just now a very sad place to be. I used to be happy at work or as happy as one can be with any job. My manager who I really liked and respected is gone and now I know more than my current boss. Everything is now overcomplicated and not well thought out. The practices team doesn't know their right from their left and I constantly get wrong advice from them on issues and validation which adds hours to my day just circling. I'm training people on the job and trying to do my work at night. I have a lot invested in this place and stayed for people I have mentored and befriended over the years but they are gone so nothing now to stay for.
I'm just sitting over here laughing as I smile in my next 1-on-1 and submit my resume at the same time.
TAS and Truist for that matter is the worst career decision I have ever made. I started looking before I even got comfortable in my unassigned ever rotating seat. Get out, stay away.
TAS is the department that needs to be outsourced. It's just an expense and there's a conflict of interest to be auditing yourself.
