No floor is ever full
When will the tower have to be vacated? Around same time?
We have remote people returning in September. 3rd floor is full on Wednesdays. There is zero room for them. How is the wifi in the cafeteria?
There are several threads about Winston … it’s closing in 2025. I had people there and had to displace them. Director here.
The question to be answered is whether the extension of the dc affects the location strategy of the people. Do they get to stay longer or not?

Rumors are that “WEC Exit” has been extended. This is the time when all servers have to be out of West End Center. Previous WEC Exit date was June 2025.
No knowledge if WEC Exit extension impacts layoffs of employees at WEC.
Previous understanding was WEC as a building has to be vacant 09/30/2025.
