Sat in my second AM LT meeting in two weeks, a waste of time. AM leads of with making fun of her last name and how it is pronounced which coincidently is a hot topic of a recent last name sc--w up by LT. It is disrespectful how LT thinks it is funny to make fun of last names versus taking the time to learn how to pronounce the name. The AM continued acknowledging last weeks meeting was too long “believe me I heard all the feedback”, only for todays meeting to repeat last weeks, LT people sitting on couches on stage talking among themselves telling stories and trying to sell the koolaid. AM says I won’t bother walking through my powerpoint, grab a co-----l and read through it later. This is an insult to the staff that scrambled to build your deck only for you to trash it like its only worthy of co-----l reading. LT maybe you should watch the recording, listen to your comments, you make way to much money to act like you are in high school. Be more respectful to the labor staff and stop the fakism behavior., you are professionals in a billion dollar company.

JD is a D player. That's how we ended up with MD (and RL and his whole RatPack).
How in the fu*k did MD get hired as CTO? Just because you worked at Amazon doesn’t make you qualified to fix the technical disaster that is Nike. The brand is dying and the only way to keep the company from cratering is to be more efficient. With clowns like MD and her cast of yes men/women there is no hope.
it is ok not to have all background required.
It is not ok to be arrogant, refuse to listen and surround yourself with people that are known for being a big part of the actual problem.
MD is ridiculous. Another glossy hire with no actual tech experience.
GT is sc--wed with MD in leadership
She is known for not listening and for now is just pretending.
People around her won’t say anything - they are being benefited for not challenging her.

I do find it funny that someone must have finally talked to MD about how she is coming across. She was totally oblivious to the fact that everyone noticed her lack of LinkedIn title update and the fact that she had a PUBLIC instagram account as a senior tech executive. Truly delulu behavior.

MD did a session trying to be funny and promising to be more present. No content or practical improvements. And as usual all the other VPs backing everything she says.

For the people staying, be careful with the brainwashing the SLT make us go through, to hide their lack of leadership and empathy. Do not always believe on the image NIKE is trying to sell to its consumers.
