Congratulations for staying on a toxic place with all your fake colleagues rooting for you to be fired in the next lay off in six months

Yes we are struggling now, but at least we will be in a better role and employer in a few months

This “OP” wins the medal for lack of empathy and self righteousness. How can you blame the victim of a lay off especially in this economy? When the carpet has been pulled from underneath, what’s their role in it OP? What about the bullying, the politics, the back stabbing, the sweeping and rolling layoffs and RIFs. Look in the mirror OP, it can happen to you too - responsible as you are or not, perfect and good employee - clearly you have not experienced Nike or a toxic work place in general….

What was my role in this? Hmm- my role was between 25-35 years of helping people like you get your start in this company. Helping people truly understand the brand and the vision. What was my role? I probably cost the company too much. This type of post is arrogant and lacks empathy. I guess you didn't learn anything from me along the way.
